Online Capacity Building (OCB) Program

This program helps entrepreneurs to build their businesses online by offering a step-by-step business coaching from our highly experienced coaches. Our coaches are entrepreneurs that have been running businesses online for over 10 years. We select coaches that have entrepreneurial knowledge and experience because they are going to show you how they exactly set up and operate their online businesses.  These coaching sessions run for a period of 30 days. In 30 days, you will have set up and started operating your business online.

The application to the program is highly competitive and the applicants are categorized into three levels.

GOLD Level

These are business and ideas that have impressed the judges.  These businesses, organizations or ideas are offered FULL business coaching services that  include:

• Startup solutions – Domain name registration, Web hosting and Website development to set up the business
• Growth Solutions – Online marketing consultancy and solutions to bring in sales
• Management Solutions – Information management solutions to automate the operations

The services offered at GOLD Level are valued at $1000 but are offered at the program for FREE

SILVER Level

These are businesses or organization or ideas that did not manage to get into Gold category but have very high chances of succeeding online. This level offers PARTIAL business coaching services that include:

• Startup solutions – Sub-Domain name registration and website development to set the business
• Growth Solutions – Online marketing consultancy and solutions to bring in the sales

TThe services offered at SILVER Level are valued at $500 but are offered at the program for FREE

BRONZE Level

These are businesses, organization or ideas that did not qualify for either Gold or Silver and still have the potential of succeeding online if their models are polished. These businesses are maintained in our databases and offered the following services:

• Business remodeling consultancy
• Potential of being upgraded to Silver and Gold upon successful business remodeling.

The services offered at BRONZE Level are valued at $250 but are offered at the program for FREE
